1-pigs are ment to be working not blogging and wasting time and taxpayers money.
2-if the pig has a day or two off then yes,he can blog about dogs if he/she wishes.

Police force hit over 'dog blog'
A taxpayers' campaign group has criticised police for "wasting" time and money creating internet blogs "written" by police dogs.
Cambridgeshire is the latest force to launch a "dog blog" on its website - others have been produced by Tayside and Avon and Somerset.
Staff say the diary is popular and promotes the work of police dogs.(my view)-Double edge sword again

They should be concerned with protect and serving the people. Not like they give a shit about us but it would be a nice change.
